The Clarence B. Jones Impact Award honors the game-changing effects of smart, strategic communications. It is given annually by The Communications Network to a social sector individual, team, or organization whose work best represents the extraordinary impact of our craft.

Our Mission

We aim to showcase the best of social sector communications. Why? To create evidence that communications professionals in our field can use to make the case for investing more deeply in strategic communications. By celebrating impact, we hope to offer models that those working in communications in good can use to create winning strategies of their own.

Dr. Clarence B. Jones shares the values of The Communications Network and is a paragon of what communications for good can mobilize. We created the Jones Award to honor him and recognize the game-changing effect strategic communications can have across the globe. Impact is at the core of this award.
